1. General Terms

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have consent from a parent/guardian. Klor may update or modify these terms at any time, and continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.

2. Product Information & Pricing

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, slight colour variations may occur due to screen differences. All prices are listed in [Currency] and may change without notice. Klor may refuse or cancel orders in case of pricing errors or stock issues.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders are processed only after successful payment. We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and other secure payment methods. Klor may cancel orders suspected of fraud, incorrect pricing, or unavailable stock.

4. Cancellation & Exchange Policy

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that, cancellation is not guaranteed as your order may already be processed or dispatched.

Exchange Eligibility:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
  • Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are only allowed for size changes of the same product and value.

5. Return Policy

Returns are accepted if the item is unused, unwashed, in original condition, and the request is raised within 7 days of delivery. Returns are not accepted for discounted or sale items.

Once the returned item passes quality check, refunds are processed within 2–3 business days to your original payment method.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take up to 10 days. Klor is not responsible for courier delays. A tracking number will be shared once the order is dispatched.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, logos, and content on www.theklor.in are the exclusive property of Klor. Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Klor is not responsible for:

  • Damages caused by incorrect use of products.
  • Minor colour variations from images shown.
  • Shipping or delivery delays caused by third-party couriers.
